We have a TNEW sales website with SYOS enabled.
My question is - Is there a way to supress the initial fixed graphic page that appears directly before the actual SYOS map?

We have a small (400 seat) one level auditorium and generally have one seat price. The graphic page takes a few seconds to load and doesn't really add anything to the booking. It feels a bit superfluous and slows the transaction a bit.
Is this something that can be controlled from within System Tables or will I need to contact TNEW via Task?

Thank you for this request, we have heard this feedback as well and have it on our list to be able to skip the birds-eye image and go directly to the seats. We hope to have this in one of our next releases. One thing that some organizations have done is display an image of their facility rather than a map. Here are a couple examples:

It's a shame we can't search for and vote on each others' bug reports and enhancement requests...
This actually looks like a pretty good alternative to the graphic.
Do you know how they changed the image to an auditorium pic?
