Has anyone had an issue with an incorrect ticket number printing on the ticket? We currently scan tickets after a performance to record attendance but are finding that some tickets have the wrong number printed on the ticket and a different performance is appearing. We have not been able to establish a pattern yet (only single tickets sold after we upgraded to 12.1 or only tickets sold in a certain MOS). I checked the ticket design and it is set correctly. I would imagine if we had NScan we would be in quite a pickle!
Tahanks,
Janna
This happened to me once after a I created a new GA facility and didn’t validate the seat contiguity. It didn’t bring up a different performance, it just gave an error.
The correct ticket number is on the record and we manually entered that into the Record Attendance module.

I've also seen this happen in a couple of cases where, inadvertently, valid tickets were printed (either singly or through a batch print) from the Test instance, rather than Live. Everything would look the same on the ticket except for the ticket number. If you still have a ticket that appears to have the incorrect ticket number assigned, I'd recommend looking in your test system to see if that ticket number is assigned to the ticket there.

We just solved the issue. The barcode and ticket number were programmed to only print up to 6 digits and we JUST hit 7!
Oh my. I have set it to print up to 10 now.
Thank everyone!
