Incorrect Ticket Numbers on Ticket Stubs

Has anyone had an issue with an incorrect ticket number printing on the ticket? We currently scan tickets after a performance to record attendance but are finding that some tickets have the wrong number printed on the ticket and a different performance is appearing. We have not been able to establish a pattern yet (only single tickets sold after we upgraded to 12.1 or only tickets sold in a certain MOS). I checked the ticket design and it is set correctly. I would imagine if we had NScan we would be in quite a pickle!

  • This happened to me once after a I created a new GA facility and didn’t validate the seat contiguity. It didn’t bring up a different performance, it just gave an error.

The correct ticket number is on the record and we manually entered that into the Record Attendance module.
