Hi there,
Yesterday, we started having an issue where we cannot re-print tickets for subscribers from their original order. When clicking on the print tickets or print order button, all printing options are greyed out completely. We just opened our season and have occasional subscribers who forgot their tickets, so this is quite an issue for us at the moment. Has anyone had this issue? Any suggestions on how to fix it?
Thank you!

Do you have printing allowed for each indiv performance? I forgot that this year and just had printing checked on the package level. Once I checked it on the perf level I could reprint.

Shelley,
Thanks for your response! I just checked and have printing checked for the MOS under packages and on the performance level. Is there somewhere else that this might need to be turned on? I'm still relatively new to Tessi so it's quite possible we're missing something like that.
Thanks!
Hi Kim,
Silly question ... but have you selected a default printer from the Tools > Preferences menu?
I have found that to cause my staff to be unable to print more than once.
Cheers!Short
Not a silly question! I've found the same with my staff as well.
Yes, I do have a printer selected. We are able to print other orders, but not subscriber tickets. This just started up yesterday.
We have also checked this across users, and nobody who has been present has been able to print these subscriber tickets, so it doesn't seem like a unique user set up issue to me.
