I submitted a ticket recently about the same issue.  I had copied a zone map and was able to add a template, but once I saved and tried to reopen that specific template, Tessitura would crash.   So, here’s the response I received from Tessitura:

This looks like it may be caused by a previously reported defect. Specifically, we've seen errors like this one pop up when a zone had been deleted or added from a facility that was used for a Price Template. Meaning, making changes to a price zone from Facility Manager, or copying a zone from Facility Manager, then making changes from that copied zone and building a Price Template using that 'new' zone. Could that be what is happening here? If so, the fix for this is to delete the template via SQL and start again.

If you can delete the price templates, Tessitura should stop crashing on you.  The frustrating part is that you’ll have to rebuild your zone maps and price templates.

Before I lodge my own ticket, can you let me know if there's a quick fix or something stupid I'm not doing?

Keeps crashing my Tess too when I get the same error message.

Hi,

We’ve had this problem at the Science Museum working in v,12.1 Season Manager with multiple zoned performances and a fairly large (30) numbers of price types. The suggested work around is to use smaller numbers of performances. We work with no more than 20-30 performances and always during off box office hours, since we will freeze up production while the price grids process.
