At Bass Hall - Fort Worth, we're nearing the one year anniversary of Tessitura.Like many organizations we are a RAMP customer, and this past Friday's brief RAMP interruption may have created a problem for our Box Office manager.During the outage, two or our Box Office agents had open batches. Now we're unable to take ownership of these batches and close them.Reviewing the batches it appears all transactions were completed and any charges were approved. We should be able to take ownership of the batches and close them. But, our Box Office manager can't do this. The batches remain open and we're unable to post the transactions.Any suggestions would be helpful.RegardsWendell BaskinBass Hall - Fort Worth
Wendell,
When we have batches stuck in open status, we manually set the status to H with a SQL script. Quick simple script to just set batch status to H where batch number is……we also have a custom report that was created to do this task so box office managers can do it themselves. We are happy to share if you’d like the report.
