At Bass Hall - Fort Worth, we're nearing the one year anniversary of Tessitura.Like many organizations we are a RAMP customer, and this past Friday's brief RAMP interruption may have created a problem for our Box Office manager.During the outage, two or our Box Office agents had open batches. Now we're unable to take ownership of these batches and close them.Reviewing the batches it appears all transactions were completed and any charges were approved. We should be able to take ownership of the batches and close them. But, our Box Office manager can't do this. The batches remain open and we're unable to post the transactions.Any suggestions would be helpful.RegardsWendell BaskinBass Hall - Fort Worth
Thank you, Kevin
Once again, you guys are always so helpful.
I forwarded your note to our Box Office manager.

Hi Wendell,
You can find some steps that usually resolve this kind of issue in the help system here (see the second troubleshooting entry). If you need further assistance I suggest opening a help ticket.
