As you may have seen in recent Forum postings, the Tessitura PAHT Service stopped working upon the application of recent Windows updates, and it has been confirmed by Network Development that the culprit is the Microsoft Update supplied in KB2698365. Upon applying this update, the PAHT service raised COMException errors that cannot be resolved by restarting the PAHT service. Microsoft has confirmed that this update has caused issues and has announced that they are preparing a hotfix to correct this. Upon availability of this hotfix from Microsoft, Network Development will test the update to verify that the problem it causes has been resolved. Until that time, please ensure that Microsoft Update KB2698365 in not installed on your PAH or Web Servers.

Is there any update to this? We had to roll back that update here at the Shaw and I haven't done any since.

Check out hotfix KB2734642. This is suppose to resolve the RDS app crashes on Win7/Server 08 R2 SP1 systems.
