We have a corporate account for "V8 Energy". However when searching for the account, Tessitura reads the V8 as a postal code and does not find the account even if there are aliases. Is there a way to make the search find the account?
I would probably just add Energy as an alias and then when V8 Energy came up, I would know to only search Energy.
This might also be a good time to break out the wildcard, and search "%energy".
I formed my habits before single-line search was introduced, and basic search has remained my default due to pitfalls like names interpreted for address, despite some characters that can clarify what's being searched in single-line if you learn them. I don't want to assume you put quotation marks on V8 Energy in a single-line search, but docs say: "last names with numbers, spaces, or special characters, which may be used for company or other group names, must be enclosed in quotes." www.tessituranetwork.com/.../Tessitura.htm
This would be a time where I would use the Basic search option instead. Because there is a distinct separation for Last/Group Name (which is also business name), I find looking for businesses to be far easier on basic search.
