Donated seats

Hi,

In error  a couple of seats were donated instead of returned on a cancelled show.... I am looking for a way to reverse the 'donation' ...

    TASK article 16073 has the instructions on how to undonate a seat.

    The gist is you go to sublineitems, delete the RTB you want to undonate. You'll get a prompt asking if you're sure you want to reverse it. This will only work if the seat is available though, if it's held or been resold it won't. I believe it also will not work if the seat has since been held and then unheld.
