Null Printer on RAMP with Macintosh Client Workstation.

Has anyone worked out how to set up a NULL Ticket Printer when the client computer running Citrix is not a Windows PC but is a Macintosh Computer?

We have not found a configuration where a Macintosh user can print to a "Null Printer".  This would be particularly helpful for Testing.

  • Hi Tom,

We haven't been able to figure this out either. As far as I know, they aren't compatible. Alternative possibilities that we have played with are:

    1. Installing windows emulation software on the workstation and installing the null printer through that.

    2. Batch printing tickets to file instead of to a null printer individually. This way, tickets as marked as printed and the user can proceed with an exchange/testing/etc.

Curious to see if anyone has a workaround.
