We've found the vendor referred to on this site re: obtaining IM v12.6 to be uncommunicative. Does anyone have a recommended alternate source?

That's the one we've been trying. No reponses.
We had the same problem. We sent email (it bounced back), called couple of times and left voice message to Margaret Ross - no reply. Eventually I got another sales person over the phone and could order the product. It's still under processing - not sure how long it will take.
