Wondering if anyone else has ever come across this.
There's a transaction from yesterday that isn't showing up in Transcend. It's not in the deposit report, and it doesn't show when browsing transactions for the merchant account in question or doing a power search in Transcend.
But when I query tpau from management studio where the Transcend OrderNumber = the payment no I got from Tessitura, I see the transaction exactly as I would expect to. Timestamped lines up. It shows as closed settled.
Anyone seen that before? Not sure what it means.
Yep. That's exactly what happened. In the process of troubleshooting a separate issue with a different merchant account a few days ago, one payment method appeared to have accidentally gotten changed. And the payment method wasn't used until yesterday so we didn't notice.
