  • We had a similar situation yesterday.  Turns out that for whatever unexplained reason, the transaction wound up posting to a different merchant in TranScend than our usual one (we've got 3 merchants set up in TranScend, even though we only have one through our bank), so this single transaction was sitting in the transactions for that one merchant.  If you have multiple TranScend merchants, check all of them, in case that's where it's hiding.

Subject: [Tessitura Technical Forum] Transacend Missing Transaction

Wondering if anyone else has ever come across this.

There's a transaction from yesterday that isn't showing up in Transcend. It's not in the deposit report, and it doesn't show when browsing transactions for the merchant account in question or doing a power search in Transcend.

But when I query tpau from management studio where the Transcend OrderNumber =  the payment no I got from Tessitura, I see the transaction exactly as I would expect to. Timestamped lines up. It shows as closed settled.

Anyone seen that before? Not sure what it means.
