Greetings.
Can anyone direct me the appropriate report to use for pulling a MOS report for a specific appeal source code? In other words, we're trying to analyze the effectiveness of a promo code used for a performance to determine where (Web, box office, phone) the transactions occurred with this code.
Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Thanks,Gary

Gary -
Unfortunately, nothing pops into mind as far as a standard canned Tessi report. All of the MOS reports don't take lists and the campaign reports would take some serious list building muscle and multiple lists to get what you want.
Having said that, I believe TStats could give you what you need if your organization has that.
Someone else might have some better ideas for you though, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you!

Heather,
Thanks for the reply and info. I was kinda afraid of that.
Unfortunately, we don’t have T-stats. A bit salty for us at the moment. Do you guys use it?
We’ll see if any other ideas surface from anyone else. Otherwise, I appreciate the input again.
Gary

You could also try the Single Sale Order Listing report, using a list built off who has used your promo/source code.
When I build promos, if we need to track the MOS, I always build separate ones. This doesn't happen to often, as most of our promo use falls right in line with the same percentage of overall web purchasers, so we usually just make a best guess on MOS!
Good idea, Brandon! Thanks for the input!

Hi Gary,
I don’t think there is a good option to look at this based on mode of sale, but there is an option using sales channel (which generally tracks the same information).
The new Ticket Sales by Period report (which is a much improved replacement for the Daily Sales report) has a list parameter and an option to group sales by sales channel. So you can create a list of people who used the source code (the criteria you need for this is in the Promotions folder) and then select that list for the Ticket Sales by Period report.
I hope this helps,

Hi Kevin.
Excellent! I think this is just what we were looking for. Which version of Tess is that report available in?
Thanks very much! Gary

Hey Amanda.
Sweet! Okay, thanks. Can’t wait! (Sad that I get so carried away about a report, huh?!?) ;-)
