Survey for those who attended

My Marketing peeps are interested in sending out a survey right after a performance ends and only to those who are marked as 'Attended'.  Has anyone set something like this up and if so, how?

  • Yep, we've had them running for a few years now. I've not re-reviewed the file, but here's a presentation from the NYC TUG session on this topic and more.

  • We do something like this with concert offers after a show giving patrons who attended the show some amount off to come back. We use WordFly and set up a Triggered email, then I create an extraction and a list. I'd be happy to share my notes with you, you can contact me at mscott@cincinnatisymphony.org.
