My Marketing peeps are interested in sending out a survey right after a performance ends and only to those who are marked as 'Attended'. Has anyone set something like this up and if so, how?
We do something like this with concert offers after a show giving patrons who attended the show some amount off to come back. We use WordFly and set up a Triggered email, then I create an extraction and a list. I'd be happy to share my notes with you, you can contact me at mscott@cincinnatisymphony.org.
