No Eligible Pledges - Pledge Balance Not Found

I experienced this and it has to do with business units. Here was the fix -from the tessitura help desk: The reason you are unable to access the pledge from the contribution editor is because the business unit on the contribution is set to 0 instead of 1. I'm not sure how this happened, unless it was part of a contribution import that had the BU set incorrectly.

I am responsible for our corporate supporters, who typically pledge to pay in two installments throughout a given season. I'm working through a batch of these pledge payments, and one of the bunch is giving me a "No eligible pledges to pay" message after I enter the payment information. I also can't find the pledge when I have tried to adjust the original entry.

The weird part is that there are a number of similar pledges and payments in the same campaign that came through with no trouble at all that the system didn't have any trouble finding.

Some troubleshooting I've tried:

1. Checked the campaign/pledge/payment dates - they're the same as all the pledges that went through successfully
2. Closed/reopened Tessitura
3. Opened a new batch and tried to pay the pledge there
4. Like I said, I can't find the original pledge to adjust

It seems that Tessitura is not finding the pledge that was entered, but I can clearly see it on both the constituent record as well as when I pull Pledge Balance Detail and Pledge Receivable reports. 

Does anyone have insight as to why there's a disconnect between the records of the pledge and my ability to enter a payment? What am I missing? Thanks in advance for the help!
