I am responsible for our corporate supporters, who typically pledge to pay in two installments throughout a given season. I'm working through a batch of these pledge payments, and one of the bunch is giving me a "No eligible pledges to pay" message after I enter the payment information. I also can't find the pledge when I have tried to adjust the original entry.
The weird part is that there are a number of similar pledges and payments in the same campaign that came through with no trouble at all that the system didn't have any trouble finding.
Some troubleshooting I've tried:
It seems that Tessitura is not finding the pledge that was entered, but I can clearly see it on both the constituent record as well as when I pull Pledge Balance Detail and Pledge Receivable reports.
Does anyone have insight as to why there's a disconnect between the records of the pledge and my ability to enter a payment? What am I missing? Thanks in advance for the help!
