Recorded Field in Plan Details

This can be done with almost every field in Tessitura.  It's Ctrl-Alt click on the text, then make the change in the window that opens.  Keep in mind this is a universal change so all users will see this text change.

Thank you Dale.  I tried to change the text but it nothing happened.  Is this something our web and IT person may have the ability to change?

You will need to be an Admin user and logged into Tessitura to be able to make the change so your IT person should be able to do it if they have the right permissions.

Control Groups and Organizations do not come into play here.  All changes are universal.  For reference all changes are all logged in the system table TR_SCREEN_TEXT so you can see what changes have been made and who made them.  It is not recommended that you alter data in that system table however.

You can also temporarily revert the screen text back to the original for yourself by going to TOOLS > PREFERENCES > and checking Temporarily Show Default Screen Text.

How do you edit the Recorded field in plans to just say "Verbal".
