How do you edit the Recorded field in plans to just say "Verbal".

This can be done with almost every field in Tessitura. It's Ctrl-Alt click on the text, then make the change in the window that opens. Keep in mind this is a universal change so all users will see this text change.Dale
Thank you Dale. I tried to change the text but it nothing happened. Is this something our web and IT person may have the ability to change?
You will need to be an Admin user and logged into Tessitura to be able to make the change so your IT person should be able to do it if they have the right permissions.
