Websites - In house or outside?

We have a staff member, their title is Webmaster, who handles our marketing site. I handle TNEW. The Webmaster also has access to the admin panel as a backup and they know their way around.

EDIT: I should also add that we have customizations built by Tessitura Extended Services, and the base code for camp registrations. While we know the nuts and bolts of setup, we have to consult with support if anything goes awry. But other than that, we handle the website and TNEW in-house.
