We are researching solutions for our Website, and were wondering do you have a staff person who handles all the web design and TNEW, or is it an outside contract?
We have a staff member, their title is Webmaster, who handles our marketing site. I handle TNEW. The Webmaster also has access to the admin panel as a backup and they know their way around.
EDIT: I should also add that we have customizations built by Tessitura Extended Services, and the base code for camp registrations. While we know the nuts and bolts of setup, we have to consult with support if anything goes awry. But other than that, we handle the website and TNEW in-house.

We use an outside agency but we have a team who oversees and works alongside them.
We're building a new website currently through an outside vendor. We have a staff member who oversees/implements digital changes to our current site, and the new site will fall under them as well. As the main builder currently, I oversee much of the TNEW settings and setup- working in conjunction with the digital manager.
