We often get requests for tickets to use as a silent auction item or radio giveaway. Our creative team designed a paper voucher that is redeemable for one admission ticket.
When the guests redeems their voucher, the admissions team uses a discount code called Voucher (or you could use a comp price type instead of a discount code) and tracks which specific voucher was redeemed using source codes. We always print the source code on the voucher.
It makes it easy to specify on the voucher what type of ticket it is good for and when it expires without having to limit it to a single performance. Also we can print a bunch quickly.
