Hi Janis, when the Cleveland Museum of Art's Performing Arts Series donated tickets as part of a silent auction, we put tickets on hold (either with a hold code or we've reserved seats with a comment in the order) and provided a letter to the organization with a description of the performance and instructions with how to redeem the tickets. Then, we issued actual tickets to the winning bidder when s/he contacted our box office manager.
