Wait Lists

We don't use this much, but we've created a secondary Mode of Sale, which doesn't require seating or paying for an order. This way we can connect a constituent with a particular performance, but not have to get them 'Paid' or 'Seated'. 

Mostly this is for our summer camps or other Education programs.

This is a BRILLIANT idea! Is it available online too? 

At this time, we haven't fleshed it out much beyond the initial concept. It isn't publicly available- we've been having folks route through our Reservations department, to avoid as many hiccups and over-bookings and confusion on the guest's side as possible.

I think it would be doable to put it through TNEW, but you'd have to be precise with the customer-facing copy to make sure folks understand what they are, or are not, doing with each 'purchase'.
