We're considering using a third party booking protection service for ticket refunds (for audience cancelations, not event cancelations). Is anyone else considering this? Or does anyone currently use a similiar service? If so, would you mind letting me know your thoughts/how you're finding it?

Ryan that would be great, it would be really valuable to get a few perspectives on it. James is would be great to speak to you also, just to see what your thoughts were after meeting both.
