Hello all
We're considering using a third party booking protection service for ticket refunds (for audience cancelations, not event cancelations). Is anyone else considering this? Or does anyone currently use a similiar service? If so, would you mind letting me know your thoughts/how you're finding it?

Hi Brendan - I know a handful of your colleagues use Booking Protect who is a partner and integrated with Tessitura. If no one pipes up from one of those organizations here I can see if I can dig up some contacts for you.

Yes, we're also investigating and considering ticket protection services such as Booking Protect and Secure My Booking.
I have spoken with both companies in the past couple of weeks. Chances are that we will look to move forward with one of them after we've consulted internally about what partnering with either would give us and our customers.
We aren't though using either so if anybody else is willing to share their direct experience of working with either, I'd also be keen to hear.
