Cancelled show vouchers/credit

Hello, 

I hope you are well. When the pandemic started we issued cancelled show vouchers with a validity of 9 months. We then extended this to 18 months. We are looking at reducing this window but wanted to check what other venues policy's were. We also issue credit for exchanges and ticket resales, which is valid for 6 months. 

if you could get back to me that would be super helpful.

    Hey everyone this is super helpful. We have been cancelling loads of performances too, so true, it doesn’t end! We offer a cancelled show vouchers to everyone using the utility then giving the option for a refund or donation.

    From your feedback we will keep cancelled show vouchers for 18 months for now then, we were wondering about reducing down to a year.
