Remote card payments

Hello,

I hope everyone is well. We are looking into future proofing and if we can take payments from home should we need to. We haven’t needed to so far but want to ensure we are in a position to, should it not be safe to go into the building. I would love to hear from you if you managed to set up a remote box office and what security measurers you put in place to be able to take card payments from home. I assuming phones were diverted to mobiles?

If you are able to share, that would be great!

Not the response you were looking for, but just to clarify we were unable to do this, and all bookings were held as reservations until we were back in the building.
