TNEW showing as 'sold out'

Hello,

I hope you are all well? We went on sale to priority members with some of our new season last Thursday, and found that some people are shown dates as sold out in the performance overview page in TNEW, even though there is availability, the fix is to refresh the page.

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this? We have been told that it is a global issue that will be fixed in 3 weeks, but are very concerned about it as we have our general onsale this Thursday and don’t want customers to think a date is sold out when in fact it isn’t actually.

Please let me know if you have also experienced this bug, as my team have asked me to investigate if this is an issue for any other TNEW venues.

Tickets are already on sale for members, so it’s not that we need to edit the message, it’s that there is a glitch, where most people see the ‘purchase’ option, others are seeing ‘sold out’ even though there is AV…
