TNEW showing as 'sold out'

Hello,

I hope you are all well? We went on sale to priority members with some of our new season last Thursday, and found that some people are shown dates as sold out in the performance overview page in TNEW, even though there is availability, the fix is to refresh the page.

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this? We have been told that it is a global issue that will be fixed in 3 weeks, but are very concerned about it as we have our general onsale this Thursday and don’t want customers to think a date is sold out when in fact it isn’t actually.

Please let me know if you have also experienced this bug, as my team have asked me to investigate if this is an issue for any other TNEW venues.

Hi Zoe

I think you’re able to edit this messaging in the product editor performance level on TNEW admin from ‘Sold out!’ to ‘on sale Thursday 27^th June at 10am- click to refresh’ or similar.

Tickets are already on sale for members, so it’s not that we need to edit the message, it’s that there is a glitch, where most people see the ‘purchase’ option, others are seeing ‘sold out’ even though there is AV…

We've gone on sale to the general public now, and we haven't noticed this error. May I ask what version of TNEW you're on?

Hey Megan,

We are on version 7, we have put in a work around, our CMS site now directs user to the events page in TNEW and not the overview page where the bug is, so it is a relief that there is a work around to this.
