I'm wondering if other venues do the same as us - we offer free admission to the museum for under 5's, with a paying adult. At the moment we don't really have a way to control this online - theoretically, someone could add 5 "under 5" tickets to their basket and pay nothing. We would spot this on scan/entry, so it's not a huge issue, but I'm curious if anyone has a better solution. Pricing rules become tricky as we use our adult ticket price types in another pricing rule.
Any suggestions or thoughts welcomed!
Hi Katie,
I also don't have the answer. We use reporting to monitor sales, which is not ideal. However, I have submitted to the ideas board for this to become a development item. Feel free to give it a vote!
