I'm wondering if other venues do the same as us - we offer free admission to the museum for under 5's, with a paying adult. At the moment we don't really have a way to control this online - theoretically, someone could add 5 "under 5" tickets to their basket and pay nothing. We would spot this on scan/entry, so it's not a huge issue, but I'm curious if anyone has a better solution. Pricing rules become tricky as we use our adult ticket price types in another pricing rule.
Any suggestions or thoughts welcomed!
Hi Katie,
I also don't have the answer. We use reporting to monitor sales, which is not ideal. However, I have submitted to the ideas board for this to become a development item. Feel free to give it a vote! All best wishes,

Thanks for posting this, and really appreciate you sending this to the Ideas board Naomi We have a similar(ish!) scenario during our Literature Festival, where some of our Family events have stricter parameters around the combination of Adult and Child tickets, and we've always struggled to find an ideal solution for this. Really interested to see how this progresses.
Cheers,
Martin
