FOH response to the TN Mobile Plus Electronic Tickets

Before going to an electronic presentation of ticket on Mobile Devices, our Front of House folks would like to know how the experience has been.  In particular with a seated event, with an intermission where patrons might get separated from the person who purchased the tickets.

  • There is a feature to email an individual barcode/ticket from an original owner to someone else.  Unfortunately, we were getting an error trying to utilize this feature and the TNMP development team is looking into this issue.

    Hi Tom

    I'm currently looking into forwarding/splitting and sharing etickets bought by one customer for several people. Is this something that you were able to introduce after launching etickets in your organisation, or are these tickets still maintained by the original purchaser? If it is something that you were able to add in to your eticket solution, it would be great to hear about your experience.

  • Hi Sabina,

    We're in the early stages of exploring TNMP, particularly for the ticket sharing functionality.  Have you all been able to solve the issues you were having?
