Before going to an electronic presentation of ticket on Mobile Devices, our Front of House folks would like to know how the experience has been. In particular with a seated event, with an intermission where patrons might get separated from the person who purchased the tickets.

I'm currently looking into forwarding/splitting and sharing etickets bought by one customer for several people. Is this something that you were able to introduce after launching etickets in your organisation, or are these tickets still maintained by the original purchaser? If it is something that you were able to add in to your eticket solution, it would be great to hear about your experience.
