Hi everyone! Does anyone currently use Queue It or Crowd Handler for TNEW waiting rooms? We're looking to add a waiting room and would love to hear how other organizations have liked either company!

When we re-opened after COVID, we were the first cultural attraction to open in Dallas (since we are outdoors). We did re-open with a very limited capacity and were worried about the demand so we engaged Queue-It. It's been a while, but I recall the installation being smooth and they walked us thru the process. Their dashboards are really great, too. In Winter 2020, we changed our Zoo Lights to a Drive-Thru which was super popular during COVID times. I always like to share the Queue-It dashboard of when our COO was on FOX news during two spots in the morning promoting the "safe" stay-in-your car drive thru event...it was at that point I was glad we had the waiting room!
We did leave them just last year due to a lack of need - we are still timed, but essentially unlimited capacity.
