Only One Type of Receipt is Printing. How Do I Switch Between Receipt Types?

Hi, 

So my museum finally got out Credit Card receipts printing properly after a year (stupid check box). Now, the problem the receipt button on the "Print Order" pop-up only works for credit card transactions with a credit card receipt. Today we tried printing a receipt on a Cash transaction, and nothing happened. We have a cash receipt ticket design, so I'm wondering why it didn't work. 

Anyone have any advice?

  • The "Current Only" checkbox was the stupid one that was stopping us from printing ANY receipts for a whole year! lol 

    But I figured out what my issue was. Even though we had a Ticket Design for cash receipts, we never attached it to the Cash Payment Method. Now that I did that, it works great and automatically switches between the cash and credit receipts as necessary.
