So my museum finally got out Credit Card receipts printing properly after a year (stupid check box). Now, the problem the receipt button on the "Print Order" pop-up only works for credit card transactions with a credit card receipt. Today we tried printing a receipt on a Cash transaction, and nothing happened. We have a cash receipt ticket design, so I'm wondering why it didn't work.
Anyone have any advice?

When we need to print a cash receipt we check off the receipts box and have all clicked and uncheck Current Only.
Try it and see if it works for you.

The "Current Only" checkbox was the stupid one that was stopping us from printing ANY receipts for a whole year! lol
But I figured out what my issue was. Even though we had a Ticket Design for cash receipts, we never attached it to the Cash Payment Method. Now that I did that, it works great and automatically switches between the cash and credit receipts as necessary.
