Hello all,
We have started the process of getting a custom report created that would let us know any accounts that had a Visa or MasterCard auto-update. We need this to help with our auto renew program and how we use attributes to help that. I wanted to see if there would be other interest in a report like this so that I can show Tessitura that this should just be a standard report they make available for everyone.

This is David Struyf with the Tessitura Network Payment Specialist team. I just wanted to make sure that you are aware of our Ideas Board as I feel this would get a lot of traction there.
Our ideas board allows you to add a new idea and to comment on and upvote existing ones. However big or small, your ideas can help us to continue building the best solution for you and our entire community. The Ideas Board is actively monitored to see which ideas are getting the most upvotes and those ideas are then relayed to our developers so they know what new functionality the community is asking for the most. While we can't guarantee every idea will make it into the application, we can say that those with the most upvotes will get the most consideration.
To add a new idea, simply go to the Ideas Board and click the [+ NEW] button. Feel free to create the idea and then post the link here to get those upvotes. And don't forget to mention it during your local Tessitura Community Group events!
