I just put in a critical ticket and tried calling Tessitura Support but didn't get through... is it just us or are other TMS users seeing a LOT of declines this morning?

There was a payment industry wide outage for Visa and Mastercard this morning.AMEX and Discover were unaffected.This issue has now been resolved for Tessitura Merchant Services, Worldpay and Windcave. If you are still experiencing any type of issue, please put in a support ticket if you haven't already so that we can investigate further with you.We have also been updating our status page as we get more information on this payment industry issue: https://tessituranetworkinternal.statuspage.io/
