I just put in a critical ticket and tried calling Tessitura Support but didn't get through... is it just us or are other TMS users seeing a LOT of declines this morning?
We're TMS and we're seeing it. A lot of errors since 10am for us.
Yes, we are TMS and it looks like we're getting errors on Visa/MC but Discover and Amex are going through.
We are also seeing in in Morristown NJ. Payment errors started at 10 am. We opened a critical ticket. We are also TMS.

the official status alert just went out... so far, i think we're okay, but fingers crossed!
It looks like our first error on a Visa was 10:10am, but now we've had success with a few Visas since 10:38am.
I had a couple between 10.10 and 10.13, and then one at 10.38. But nothing that would make me panic... how weird that some are really affected, and some not so much!
We had a couple between 10:30 and 10:35 but not a large amount and things seem to be processing ok now.
They just posted a fix, seems to be resolved.

There was a payment industry wide outage for Visa and Mastercard this morning.AMEX and Discover were unaffected.This issue has now been resolved for Tessitura Merchant Services, Worldpay and Windcave.
