Hello friends,
Just wanted to see if others on TMS are experiencing an inability to take payments currently? It seems to have started about 30 minutes ago. Thee is an AWS outage and, we're guessing that Adyen is being affected by it. https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status Just wanted to see if other orgs are affected. Adyen's status page isn't reporting any outages at this time.
Yes, we are down in NJ ands it could not have come at a worse time. We have our entire season on sale to members and donors. I opened a critical tickets and was told I was the 5th person to call.
Yes, We are experiencing an outage here as well at the Woodruff Arts Center for all the consortium members.
Yes, same here in Montréal.
Ticket open with support.
I do not think it is AWS issue because in that case our website would be down. It seems to be only Tessitura Merchant Services.
I noticed on the web TNEW is directing everyone to this page when they try to check out.
/error/paymenterror
I wonder if that error message can be updated.
Hi everyone, We are currently experiencing a service interruption for Tessitura Merchant Services in the Cloud Hosting environment due to an outage with Amazon Web Services (AWS). We are closely monitoring the status of the situation and will provide an update once we have more information. We would encourage you to subscribe to our status page for merchant services which can be found here - Tessitura Network Hosting Services Status (statuspage.io) We will provide updates every 15 minutes or as we have new information.
Found it. Page Editor -> Error- Payment Processing
We thought it was fixed because patrons could enter payments online. We discovered that although they were being charged, orders were not being created. They received an error message saying the payment could not be processed. I can see in Adyen that they were charged multiple times with no order. Is anyone else experiencing this? We took our site down and put up a maintenance page. We don't want triple charges all night when the box office is closed.
Haven't heard that, the order I just did seems to have gone through ok.
For a completely separate and unrelated reason last year our Windcave was taking payments but the cart was timed out and dropped the order. I hence wrote some SQL code to show what the cart was before it was lost and we recreated the bookings (mostly subs) by hand. Let me know if you'd like it.
