Hi!Something else I just thought of after the meeting today - I also store custom help documents right in Tessitura, so that when someone clicks the little question mark on a particular screen, relevant org-based documentation will pop up alongside the standard Tessitura documentation. It's nice because it means there's no searching for something during an immediate need for it!

it's magic ;-) in reality, there's a System table in Tessitura you'll need to access: TR_HELP_DOCUMENT_CUSTOM. You put the name and location of the file there and then there's another table (that I can't remember off the top of my head) that you can tell where you want your document to appear (like, if someone clicks on the help button in orders and you want your document to appear there)
TR_HELP_LINK_CUSTOM (tessituranetwork.com) - this I think covers all of the system tables you'll need to make it work!
