Teaching Artist Assignment Tracking

Hi there! Here at the Education dept. we are hoping to create a TA assignment tracking process so we can better understand the scope of our teaching artists' work individually and how they contribute to various projects across the organization. The assignment tracking needs to serve several purposes-
  • Program development- who works on what projects- from the perspective of the project or program
  • Work equity - are we being as fair as possible in offering work across the entire roster
  • Official record of accept/decline of work- this is important for labor relations on PT. 
  • Details of assignments offered- both for reference knowledge and precedence for future work

Is Tessitura the right  place to house this info? Has anyone done something at their organization? Or does anyone have any ideas on how to get started?
