Is Tessitura the right place to house this info? Has anyone done something at their organization? Or does anyone have any ideas on how to get started?

It's not exactly the same but we use Plans to track contact/development of emerging arts professionals who come to our Produciton team for mentoring. These are linked to a 'Prospect' type Campaign and have their own set of step types etc. You then get the realted reporting view via reports and Analytics.

Hi Katie, thanks for your suggestion! I'm not familiar with the Plan feature in tess. --could you say a little more? Or perhaps point me in the right direction as to where I can learn more bout its functionality?
