I have a user who has Tessitura production on their machine. They were receiving errors on their end, so I removed and reinstalled Tessitura on their machine. Upon testing within their machine, all logins are giving "invalid credentials" error upon logging in. I have verified this error with my own login, which worked on my machine before and after testing on the users machine. Has anyone experienced this before?

is it a new machine by any chance?
if it is, or even if not, it would be worth checking that the machine has a location in TX_MACHINE_LOCATION as not having an entry in there can cause an invalid credentials error.

As a general rule, any 'invalid credentials' errors will have details spelled out in the TessituraService log file, but it's almost certainly the TX_MACHINE_LOCATION.location field being empty for that machine_name as Caryl mentioned.
Thank you! It was a issue with the machine location. Updating went fine in staging, but we had issues updating in Prod. Solution ended up being completely adding a new line with the new machine name and that worked.
