Hi,
During our zoom meetup last week, we were talking about data retention, and I think Laura House was asking about Filemover. I found this bit on the Tess website (https://www.tessituranetwork.com/en/Support/Security/Hosting-Services-Policies ) that hopefully helps:
Hosting Services provide backups for the following items for a limited time. In general, members should plan to back up files you wish to retain long-term in a location outside the Cloud Hosting Environment.
Thanks,Kathleen

Is that true? I got into a habit of making a request every other month or so to remove old files, as our Impftp folders were becoming unmanageable.

Nonetheless, we've found it very helpful to have copies, so we BCC them to an email account where we're not worried about data storage.
I BCC everything that comes from Orders@ to at least one of a select few accounts on our system. I always want to have a back-up of them, and we have plenty of space on our Office 365 to keep the last year's worth, and the rest I save into archive files into my IT storage area because I am a digital packrat and cannot get rid of anything apparently.

Us, too. I purge the local filesystem PAH order copies every 48 hours.
