v16 - Why is my dashboard suddenly not pulling member info?

Back in v15 my org built a "Top 5 Zip Codes" dashboard with the help of Christy from the Tessitura Network. It was working beautifully in v15. 

I just ran in yesterday to give my boss the January zip codes, and I noticed we were missing a bunch (no more than usual, but still enough to make me check).

I have this dashboard to filter by Price Type Category to check where the missed ones are coming from. Our Access Control scanners have the stupid "too many parameters" error so we can't scan member cards; so of course our Scan type (the (none) category) was the first I checked. We were missing 34 zip codes just from there. 

So I dug a little deeper because the number was still too high even with the 34; so I also checked our "Member" Price Type Category (where all of our Member Price Types live). There were 140 missing! I went in and used Order ID to pull a few orders to test it. Every single order that was missing a Zip Code in Analytics had the full constituent record attached to the in-person order. 

So, can someone explain why none of the zip codes are pulling off my constituent records into this dashboard in v16 when they did completely fine in v15?

PS. I also have a support ticket open for this, but our Extended Services team says Support is swamped, so it could take a few weeks to fix; so I'm coming here for help to get it done sooner.
