Hello, We have been using Gift Certificates on site for about a year but haven't offered them via TNEW Yet. I have the webpage built but would like to change the order confirmation to an HTML one that purchasers can forward to whoever they gift it to. I used the Tessitura Recipe and have built what we would like, but I can't figure out how to assign the HTML order confirmation to the Gift Certificate item so it doesn't keep using our standard order confirmation in TNEW. Does anyone know what I may need to do? I have searched the documentation and I think I have everything set correctly, but I am still learning so I must have missed something somewhere. Thank you for any help!

Hi Evan, we decided against doing it online in v15. There is no option to attach an html order confirmation that is different than all the other ones to a gift certificate.
The process would have to be to add CSIs to the form on the page and inform the purchaser that a GC will be coming and let them choose how to deliver it via the form . We would manually need to create an email for each gc ( or snail mail if you choose to do so) .
