Hi everyone.
Does anyone know if you can use the 'Hold Applied' event date as a search/filter criteria in Analytics?
If not, is there a way of making this a Custom Field?
We would like to be able to monitor when people throughout the organisation apply Hold Codes.

I see Hold Code as a field, but no date fields connected to them in Analytics. The two standard reports for hold codes don't include dates either. I haven't created custom fields for Analytics and the documentation doesn't seem to include how to do so. Chris Wallingford should have some insight.

As you and other surmise, the event date of a hold code being applied to a seat is not available in Analytics. It could be added as a custom field linked to the Performance Seat in Analytics. To explore this option, open a support ticket with the request and they can route it from there.
